With due growth plans of the Company, MCP has simultaneous plans of Omanisation and inclusion of more high quality Omani people in its work force, all towards achieving the overall objective that is best for MCP and also for the Sultanate that is so dear to each MCP employee. The fact that each MCP employee sees tangible fruits of its effort in having a beautiful Oman indeed complements this, whether through the roads that are beautified by MCP. As a part of mandatory exercise, we have an annual training calendar implemented each year. Due to constant training and on the job coaching, many of our Omani key personnel have moved up the ladder and are occupying key positions in Sales & Marketing, HSE, P&A, Accounts, Customer Care Division, Showroom/Cash Sales Management, etc. These are some specifics in terms of development of Omani personnel.
